Our instructors bring a plethora of knowledge and passion for their people and their craft! Each instructor brings a unique spin to their classes, with individual styles in drills, climbs, sprints, and music. One factor our instructors all have in common: they care. They care that everyone has a positive experience, leaves class feeling better than when they came in, and that U&S is a welcoming, empowering and invigorating environment.
A big part of the heart and sōl of U&S is our sōl crew! Our wonderful sōl crew members are always buzzing around the studio to make sure you have what you need for your class, answer any questions, and keep the energy high!

Rachel
Rachel has been a passionate rider and dedicated supporter of umbra & sōl since the very beginning… & you’ll likely recognize her from our sōl crew! With her infectious smile and uplifting energy, she brings so much light and positivity to the podium. One of her greatest joys is watching members grow more confident, stronger and discover what they are truly capable of. 🫶
Whether it’s your first ride or your hundredth, Rachel’s classes will leave you feeling energized and revitalized.

Spin x HIIT
Monica
Monica is a seasoned instructor with eighteen years of experience. Her beautiful, inviting smile lights up every room she enters, and is DEFINITELY the first thing you want to see in those early morning classes!
Monica absolutely loves group fitness for the energy it brings, the motivation it provides and the community it builds! Her classes focus on hill climbs balanced with HIIT intervals of speed work. Using only bodyweight and bands, you’ll work your upper and power body as well as your core!

Mackenzie
Mackenzie brings high energy to her classes with upbeat, hit music and jokes that will keep you both engaged and motivated. Her classes are packed with choreo, but don’t be fooled - she loves a good sprint track (or two)!
A class with Mackenzie ensures that you’ll be feeling energized and confident, both on the bike and when you leave - find her Friday mornings, on the weekends, AND facilitating our Sōl Sundays Run & Walk Club!

Jenna’s been a U&S rider since day one, and is someone you are NOT going to want to miss on the podium! Her classes are fast-paced, high-energy, and packed with motivation. Expect creative choreo, heavy climbs, and a very versatile playlist.
Jenna is all about making riders feel energized, encouraged, and challenged every step of the way.

From our first EVER member to podium icon, Brookelyn is the type of person you want to be friends with, sweat with and grow with - to quote a rider in her Friends & Family ride, “Brookelyn is a whole vibe.” Her class is all about strength, rhythm, and connection - expect a choreo-heavy ride that pushes your body and fuels your mind. Power through beat-driven climbs, endurance pushes, and moments that make you feel empowered. You’ll walk out stronger and lighter than when you walked in - show this girl some love and book into her class!

Meagan
Meagan's calm, welcoming energy will make any rider (returning or new) feel right at home! Her favourite class is the Spin x Pilates fusion, but when she's not at the studio, you can find her coaching or playing volleyball, traveling, hiking, or golfing. Meagan's favourite thing about being on sōl crew is getting to meet new people who aren’t afraid to get a little sweaty!

Taylor M
Taylor is always the first person to step in and lend a helping hand! She loves spin and Pilates, playing volleyball, golf, or rugby, and going for walks outside. Taylor's favourite movie is Mamma Mia (1 and 2) and concert season is her favourite season! She's excited to meet you at the studio!
Dan
You'll find Dan dancing on and off the bike! Dan loves all-things-active, including basketball, soccer, rugby, running, spin, Pilates, and golfing. He greets everyone with a smile and is ready to help with anything you need at U&S. Dan's favourite thing about sōl crew is being part of a fun, energetic community!
